This article briefly explains the detection method of potato virus Y(PVY)disease and prevention technology,and summarizes the research status of PVY disease in testing technology and the strategy analysis of the prevention and treatment of PVY disease.This article also summarizes the information of PVY disease appraisal methods in the national standard and the use of potions to prevent PVY disease in recent years.The detection of PVY disease needs to find shortcuts on the basis of molecular biology and explore multiple detection methods.PVY disease needs to adhere to the green environmental protection concept of prevention oriented and controlling control,and propose a new type of prevention and treatment system that uses multi-disciplinary cross-integration such as physics,chemistry and biology.
