摘要 开发各项质量指标合格的40%丙硫·戊唑醇SC。用立式砂磨机对物料进行湿法砂磨,通过对粒径、热贮稳定性、冷贮稳定性、冻融稳定性4个主要指标进行考察,对分散润湿剂、增稠剂和防冻剂进行了筛选。确定了40%丙硫·戊唑醇SC最佳配方:丙硫菌唑20%、戊唑醇20%、Soprophor SC 4%、Agrilan 788 1.5%、1,2-丙二醇6%、黄原胶0.1%、硅酸镁铝0.8%、卡松0.1%、SG15220.2%、去离子水补足至100%。该配方有效克服了热贮膏化,粒径增大等问题,同时保证了产品的冻融稳定性,进而有效确保产品在货架期内的稳定性。 This study aims to develop qualitied prothioconazole · tebuconazole 40% SC. The wet milling was used to prepare the SC with different dispersants, thickeners and antifreezes in the formulation through the tests of particle size, thermal storage stability, low temperature stability and freeze-thaw stability. The best formula of prothioconazole · tebuconazole 40%SC was prothioconazole 20%, tebuconazole 20%, Soprophor SC 4%, Agrilan 788 1.5%, 1,2-propylene glycol 6%, xanthan gum 0.1%, magnesium silicate aluminum 0.8%, assigned 0.1%, SG1522 0.2%, and distilled water up to 100%. The formula effectively overcomes the problems of solidification, accretion of particle size during thermal storage, and ensures the freeze-thaw stability, and thus ensure the stability of the product quality during the shelf life.
