全流程链式服务在急诊危急重症患者救治中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨全流程链式服务在急诊急性心肌梗死患者救治中的应用效果。方法选择2021年10月—2022年3月本院收治的40例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按急诊就诊先后顺序将收治对象分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各20例。对照组使用常规急救流程干预,观察组采用全流程链式服务流程干预,对比两组患者从发病至急诊服务时限、救治效果、住院天数、复发率、患者满意度等情况。结果观察组患者从发病至接诊时间看优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在获取心电图、入院到达导管室、核实患者信息后准备实施介入手术及收治入科室时间均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在实施优化流程后疾病恢复稳定及住院天数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后复发率明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死患者急诊急救中采用全流程链式服务应用,可有效缩短患者院前、院内急救服务时间,使急救医护人员各方面工作的衔接更顺畅,降低了复发率,提高了患者救治成功率和满意度,值得临床借鉴。 Objective To explore the application effect of the whole-process chain service in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients in emergency.Methods From October 2021 to March 2022,a total of 40 patients suffered with acute myocardial infarction those were admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20)according to their admission order.Patients in control group received routine care process intervention,while the observation group adopted the whole process chain service process intervention.The time since onset to receiving emergency treatment,treatment effect,hospital days,recurrence rate,and the satisfactory of patients were compared.Results The time from onset to admission in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of obtaining electrocardiogram,arriving at the catheterization room after admission,preparing for interventional surgery after verifying patient information,and admission to the department of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the optimized process,the disease recovery and hospitalization days of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The whole process of chain service applied in the treatment of patients suffered with acute myocardial infarction could effectively shorten the pre-hospital and hospital emergency service time,smooth the work of hospital emergency medical staff,improve the success rate of patients and reduce the recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical reference.
