摘要
有机相变材料因可用于太阳能储能材料和智能纺织品等领域而受到越来越多的关注,而固-液相变材料熔点以上的液相泄漏是目前阻碍有机相变材料实际应用的主要障碍,制备形状稳定型相变复合材料是减少液态相变材料泄漏的一种有效方法。归纳了几种形状稳定相变材料的制备方法,包括微胶囊法、纳米材料吸附法、化学交联网络法、碳网络限制法、二氧化硅网络限制法、聚合物网络限制法、金属网络限制法,希望对新型形状稳定相变材料的研究和发展提供一些参考。
Organic phase change materials had received increasing attention for their use in applications,such as,solar energy storage materials and smart textiles.The leakage of liquid phase above the melting point of solid-liquid phase change materials was the main obstacle to the practical application of organic phase change materials.The preparation of shape-stable phase change composites was an effective method to reduce the leakage of liquid phase change material(PCM).Several preparation methods of shape-stable phase change materials were summarized,including microcapsule method,nanomaterial adsorption method,chemical crosslinking network method,carbon network confinement method,silica network confinement method,polymer network confinement method,metal network confinement method,hoping to provide some references for the research and development of new shape-stable phase change materials.
