硅酮胶中白油的鉴别及定量分析方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着有机硅产品价格的日趋上涨,有机硅产品中掺白油的现象日益严峻。为了对硅酮胶中白油进行快速鉴别及定量,本文选择4种常见白油与硅酮胶混合制备了不同白油含量的硅酮胶阳性样品53份,以未添加白油的不同批次硅酮胶为空白硅酮胶样品9份,采用近红外光谱分析技术分别建立聚类模型和含量预测模型。结果表明,近红外光谱法不仅能快速鉴别硅酮胶是否添加白油,而且可对硅酮胶中的白油含量进行定量。定量模型的相关系数(R_(c)^(2))为0.997,校正集均方根误差(RMSEC)为0.155。交叉验证相关系数(R_(v)^(2))为0.998,交叉验证误差均方根(RMSECV)为0.336。经过外部验证,预测值与标称含量有显著性相关性,相关系数(R_(p)^(2))为0.993。本文的研究初步建立了硅酮胶中白油的鉴别和定量测试新方法,为硅酮胶市场的产品筛选和白油定量奠定了基础。 In recent years,with the increasing price of silicone products,the phenomenon of silicone products mixed with white oil was becoming increasingly serious.In order to quickly identify and quantify the white oil in the silicone glue,53 positive samples of silicone glue with different white oil content were prepared by mixing four common white oils with silicone glue,and 9 blank silicone glue samples were used for different batches of silicone glue without white oil,and the clustering model and content prediction model were established by near-infrared spectroscopy technology.The results show that near infrared spectroscopy could not only quickly identify whether white oil was added to silicone adhesive,but also quantitatively determines the content of white oil in silicone adhesive.The correlation coefficient(R_(c)^(2))of the quantitative model is 0.997,and the root mean square error(RMSEC)of the correction set is 0.155.The cross validation correlation coefficient(R_(v)^(2))is 0.998,and the cross validation set root mean square error(RMSECV)is 0.336.After external verification,The predicted value has significant correlation with the nominal content,and the correlation coefficient(R_(p)^(2))is 0.993.Through this study,a new method for the identification and quantitative determination of white oil in silicone adhesive is preliminarily established,which lays a foundation for product screening and white oil quantification in silicone adhesive market.
