摘要
利用含有双键结构的苯乙烯弹性体苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS),通过双螺杆挤出机进行反应性熔融挤出制备马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、熔体质量流动速率仪、水分测定仪和酸碱滴定法测定了PP-g-MAH的物质结构、熔体质量流动速率、挥发分含量和接枝率,通过双螺杆挤出制备了玻璃纤维(GF)/聚丙烯(PP)(30/70)复合材料,对复合材料的力学性能和微观形貌进行了研究。结果表明,添加SBS或SIS有利于PP-g-MAH熔体质量流动速率的提高、挥发分含量的降低和接枝率的提高;GF增强PP材料中GF与PP的相容性变好,其力学性能也有较大幅度的增加。
Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)was prepared by reactive melt extrusion of styrene elastomer styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer(SBS)and styrene isoprene styrene block copolymer(SIS)with double bond structure.The material structure,melt flow rate,volatile content and grafting rate of PP-g-MAH were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),melt flow rate meter,moisture meter and acid-base titration method.Glass fiber(GF)/polypropylene(PP)(30/70)composites were prepared by twin-screw extrusion.The mechanical properties and micro morphology of the composites were studied.The results show that the addition of SBS or SIS is beneficial to the increase of PP-g-MAH melt flow rate,the decrease of volatile content and the increase of grafting rate.In GF reinforced PP composite,the compatibility between GF and PP becomes better,and its mechanical properties also increase greatly.
