摘要
介绍了我国目前高碳铬铁生产炉前工艺现状,对比了压块法、球团法和烧结法等原料处理工艺的优缺点,列举了国内部分企业的高碳铬铁冶炼炉料热装冶炼实践,提出了铬粉矿造球工艺和炉料热装入炉工艺的优化。
The paper introduces the current status of the pretreatment process of high carbon ferrochrome production in China,compares the advantages and disadvantages of raw material processing processes such as briquetting method,pellet method and sintering method,lists the hot charging smelting practices of high carbon ferrochrome in some domestic enterprises,and puts forward the optimization of pelletizing process by chromium fine ore and hot charging process.
