非真空感应炉熔炼微碳锰铁合金生产实践

摘要 介绍了在非真空中频感应炉内生产微碳锰铁合金产品的生产实践过程。采用原料为电解锰片和低碳废钢,在非真空感应炉内采用底吹氩、覆盖渣熔融、炉内精炼、带渣浇注等手段成功制得满足需求的微碳锰铁合金产品,产品收得率不低于97%,冶炼电耗约800 kWh/t。 The paper introduces the production practice of the micro-carbon ferromanganese in the non-vacuum medium frequency induction furnace.The raw materials are electrolytic metallic manganese sheet and low carbon steel scrap,micro-carbon ferromanganese products that meet the needs are successfully produced by means of bottom blowing argon,covered slag melting,furnace refining and casting with slag in the non-vacuum induction furnace.The yield of the product is not less than 97%,and the smelting electricity consumption is about 800 kWh/t.
