摘要 后疫情时代,人们倾向于通过餐饮配送平台来满足日常需求,然而与日俱增的餐饮订单量带来的包装废弃物是一个亟待解决的环境问题。在此背景下,设计师具有通过设计引导消费者践行可持续行为的社会责任。本文从包装设计的自然功能和社会功能两方面着手,探讨实现交互性外卖食品可持续包装设计的策略。利用可视化信息交互技术增强包装给消费者带来的交互体验,从而实现品牌形象提升、盈利增长和助力可持续发展带来的多赢局面。文中指出单一的措施不足以解决环境压力。需要政府、外卖平台、商家、消费者、设计师、材料学专家以及包装制造行业等多方协同创新与研发,从而控制包装废弃物对生态环境、人类、动物健康所造成的不可逆转的危害。 In the post-epidemic era, people tend to meet their daily needs through food delivery platforms. However,packaging waste caused by the ever-increasing number of catering orders is an environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently. In this context, designers have the social responsibility to guide consumers to practice sustainable behavior through design. This paper starts from the natural function and social function of packaging design, and discusses the strategies to realize the sustainable packaging design of interactive takeaway food. Use visual information interaction technology to enhance the interactive experience brought by packaging to consumers, so as to achieve a win-win situation brought about by brand image enhancement, profitable growth and sustainable development. The article points out that a single measure is not enough to address environmental pressures. Governments, food delivery platforms, merchants,consumers, designers, materials experts, and the packaging manufacturing industry need collaborative innovation and R&D to control the irreversible harm caused by packaging waste to the ecological environment, human and animal health and well-being.
