摘要
为了验证土地租赁市场对促进农户收入公平、实现共同富裕的成效,基于2015年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)数据,首先运用内生转换(ESR)模型研究了土地流转对农户家庭平均收入的影响,其次运用无条件分位数处理效应(UQTE)模型和广义分位数回归(GQR)模型,分析了土地流转对分布在不同收入水平上的农户人均收入效应差异。研究结果表明,农村土地流转能够显著提高参与土地流转农民的家庭人均收入;如果未参与土地流转的农户能够参与土地流转,其家庭人均收入可以得到大幅提高。此外,土地流转对低收入水平农户的增收效应更加明显,对不同收入水平农户的收入效应呈U型变化趋势且区域差异明显,与东、中部地区相比,西部地区土地流转对高收入农户的收入效应相对较小。总之,农村土地流转有助于缩小农户人均收入差距,在一定程度上促进了农村社会公平和共同富裕。
To verify the effectiveness of land rental market in improving farmers’income fairness and achieving common prosperity,based on CHFS(2015)data,the impacts of land transfer on the average net income of rural households were studied by using the endogenous suitching regression(ESR)model.Furthermore,unconditional quantile treatment effects(UQTE)model and generalized quantile regression(GQR)model were applied to analyze the influences of land transfer on the income of households at different income levels.The results showed that land transfer could significantly increase the per capita household income of famers participating in land transfer.In addition,the income effect of land transfer on low-income households was obvious.The income effect on households at different income levels showed a U-shaped trend,and the regional differences were obvious.Compared with the eastern and central regions,the income effect of land transfer on high-income households in the western region was relatively small.All these indicate that land transfer narrows the income gap among farmers,thus guaranteeing income fairness and promoting common prosperity.
