以习近平劳动观为指导 开创高校劳动教育新局面

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,直接决定着社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。但近年来一些大学生出现不珍惜劳动成果、不想劳动及不会劳动的现象,劳动的独特育人价值在一定程度上被忽视。该文通过对习近平劳动及劳动教育观的分析,从大学生劳动观扭曲、劳动能力弱化的现象中认识到当前对大学生进行劳动教育的紧迫性,并针对大学生的特点,提出构建高校劳动教育体系,帮助大学生树立正确的劳动观,成为一名全面发展的、合格的社会主义接班人,开创高校劳动教育新局面。

Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.However,in recent years,some college students do not cherish the fruits of labor,do not want to work and do not work.The unique educational value of labor has been ignored to a certain extent.Through the analysis of Xi Jinping's view on labor and labor education,the paper realizes the urgency of labor education for college students from the distortion of college students'labor view and the weakening of labor ability.In view of the characteristics of college students,it is proposed to build the labor education system in colleges and universities,help college students to establish a correct view of labor,become an all-round development and qualified socialist successor,and create a new situation of labor education in colleges and universities.
