Research on the Influence of"Five Education"Student Management Mode on Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

文章探讨高校思政教育存在的不足以及大学生共同面临的一些问题,并针对“五育”学生管理模式进行理论分析,以挖掘出可能存在的内在联系,为高校思想政治教育构建出一个“五育”学生管理工作模式,指出要做好五个方面:以德立人,推进学生参与理论与社会实践的长效机制建设;以智育人,结合专业教育,深入实施提质培优行动计划;以体健人,开展多种形式的体育竞赛活动;以美化人,注重美育活动的举办;以劳塑人,将“劳动+”融入实践。

This article discusses the shortcomings of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as some problems faced by college students,and makes a theoretical analysis of the"five educations"student management model,in order to dig out the possible internal links,and build a"five educations"student management model for ideological and political education in colleges and universities,pointing out that five aspects should be done well:building people with virtue,promoting the long-term mechanism construction of students’participation in theory and social practice;educate people with intelligence,combine professional education,and deeply implement the action plan of improving quality and excellence;develop various forms of sports competitions with healthy people;to beautify people and pay attention to the holding of aesthetic education activities;build people with labor and integrate"labor+"into practice.
