基于阳光体育背景的初中体育教学改革研究

Research on the Reform of Junior Middle School Physical Education Based on the Sunshine Sports Background

为进一步提升体育教学工作的实效性,我国提出了“阳光体育运动”的理念,旨在引导青少年走出课堂、走入自然,在阳光下锻炼身体,提升其身体素质。文章对阳光体育进行概述,分析阳光体育背景下初中体育存在的问题,探讨基于阳光体育理念的初中体育教学改革策略,指出学校要转变育人理念,制定明确的教育目标;优化教学思路,保证初中体育改革的成效;完善考评机制,推动阳光体育工作有效落实。

In order to further improve the effectiveness of physical education teaching,China has put forward the concept of"sunshine sports",which aims to guide young people out of the classroom,into the nature,exercise in the sun,and improve their physical fitness.The article summarizes the sunshine sports,analyzes the problems in junior middle school sports under the sunshine sports background,discusses the reform strategy of junior middle school sports teaching based on the sunshine sports concept,and points out that schools should change the concept of educating people and formulate clear educational goals;optimize teaching ideas to ensure the effectiveness of junior middle school sports reform;improve the evaluation mechanism and promote the effective implementation of sunshine sports.
