超声技术在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者康复评估中应用的研究进展

Research progress on the application of ultrasound technology in rehabilitation assessment of patients with dysphagia after stroke

近年来,脑卒中后吞咽障碍逐渐受到关注,超声技术在吞咽障碍评估和治疗中的应用也越来越广泛。研究表明,超声可以测量舌骨及吞咽相关肌肉的活动度,有助于吞咽障碍的精准评估和治疗。本文总结了相关研究进展,以期指导该技术的临床应用。

In recent years,dysphagia after stroke has attracted more and more attention,and the application of ultrasound technology in the evaluation and treatment of dysphagia has become more and more widespread.Studies have shown that ultrasound can measure the range of motion of hyoid bone and swallowing related muscles,which is helpful for accurate assessment and treatment of swallowing disorders.This article summarizes the relevant research progress,in order to guide the clinical application of this technology.
