基于疫情常态下惠州地区三级医院感控督导模式的管理研究

Study on the supervision mode of infection control in tertiary hospitals in Huizhou under normal epidemic situation

目的:研究基于疫情常态下惠州地区三级医院感控督导模式的管理应用效果,为疫情防控中如何降低传播风险提供参考依据。方法:选取惠州地区某三级医院实施医院感控督导模式管理前后的同一批次50名医务人员为研究对象,对比观察管理前后医护人员的防疫意识评分、工作效率、工作满意度以及对科室存在问题整改意识的提升情况。结果:管理前,医护人员的防疫意识评分为(81.42±5.46)分,实施感控督导模式管理后,医护人员的防疫意识评分为(95.76±3.58)分,组间比较,管理后的评分较管理前明显提升,差异有统计学意义(t=5.448,P<0.05)。管理后,医护人员的预约挂号、核酸采样、疫苗接种、病床利用、病人转运、药房取药等各项工作效率评分均高于管理前,总评分为(97.01±6.36)分,高于管理前的(84.81±5.92)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.130,P<0.05)。管理后,医护人员的工作满意度为96.00%,高于管理模式实施前的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.749,P=0.017)。管理后,医务人员各项对科室存在问题整改意识的评分均高于实施管理前,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于疫情常态下惠州地区三级医院感控督导模式的管理有较高的应用价值,可提升院内医护人员的工作效率和工作满意度,同时可使医护人员的防疫意识以及对可能存在问题的改进意识明显增强,保证科室院感工作质量,可以为后续医院防疫提供参考。

Objective:To study the management and application effect of infection control supervision model in tertiary hospitals in Huizhou under the normal epidemic situation,so as to provide a reference for how to reduce the risk of transmission in epidemic prevention and control.Methods:The same batch of 50 medical staff were selected as the research objects before and after the implementation of hospital infection control supervision mode management in a tertiary hospital in Huizhou.The scores of epidemic prevention awareness,work efficiency,job satisfaction and improvement of the awareness of rectification of problems in the department of medical staff before and after the management were compared and observed.Results:Before the management,the score of epidemic prevention awareness of medical staff was(81.42±5.46),and after the implementation of the supervision mode management,the score of epidemic prevention awareness of medical staff was(95.76±3.58).The score after the management was significantly higher than that before the management,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.448,P<0.05).After the management,the scores of appointment registration,nucleic acid sampling,vaccination,bed utilization,patient transport,pharmacy and other work efficiency of medical staff were higher than those before the management,and the total score was(97.01±6.36),which was higher than that before the management(84.81±5.92),and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.130,P<0.05).After the management,the job satisfaction of medical staff was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%before the implementation of the management model,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.749,P=0.017).After the management,the scores of medical staff’s awareness of rectification of existing problems in the department were higher than those before the implementation of management,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:based on the epidemic situation normal tertiary hospital infection control supervising mode of management in huizhou has higher application value,can enhance the hospital medical staff work efficiency and job satisfaction,at the same time can make the nurses consciousness of epidemic prevention and more improvement for possible problems,ensure the quality of hospital department are working,can provide reference for subsequent hospital epidemic prevention.
