基于《黄帝内经》三焦理论论治肾性水肿浅析

Treating renal edema based on the triple energizer theory in Huangdi Neijing

水肿的发生,责之三焦疏通不利。而从《黄帝内经》开始,便阐述了三焦不利与水肿之间的密切关系,故王世荣教授基于对三焦理论的认识和临证体会,提出从三焦论治肾性水肿的思想,拟疏通三焦为其治疗肾性水肿之大法,从上、中、下焦论治,常可取效,以资借鉴。

The cause of edema is that triple energizer cannot be used as a passage way for distribution and excretion.Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)began to explain the close relationship between disorder of triple energizer and edema.Therefore,Professor WANG Shirong proposed the theory of treating renal edema from the triple energizer based on his understanding of the triple energizer theory and clinical experience.Regulating triple energizer was used as the basic therapy for the treatment of renal edema,treatment is often effective based on syndrome differentiation and treatment from the aspects of upper energizer,middle energizer and lower energizer,and can provide a reference for related research.
