迟继铭教授运用祛风药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床经验

Professor CHI Jiming’s experience in treating proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis with dispelling pathogenic wind medicines

迟继铭教授认为慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿与脾肾两脏功能失调相关,风邪是重要的诱发因素,并存在于疾病发展的各个阶段。因此,在临证中多加用祛风药,具体治法包括祛风解表、清热利水、升阳益胃、祛风固表等,方药采用加味越婢汤、升阳益胃汤、防己黄芪汤等,临床疗效明显。附验案1则以佐证。

Professor CHI Jiming believes that proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis is related to spleen and kidney dysfunction,that wind pathogen is an important precipitating factor,and that it exists in all stages of disease development.Therefore,dispelling pathogenic wind medicines should be used clinically.The treatment methods included dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving superficies,heat-clearing and diuresis,raising Yang(阳)to strengthen stomach,dispelling pathogenic wind for consolidating superficies,etc.The prescriptions included the Jiawei Yuebi decoction(加味越婢汤),the Shengyang Yiwei decoction(升阳益胃汤),the Fangji Huangqi decoction(防己黄芪汤),etc.,and one medical case was attached.
