槐杞黄颗粒治疗肺气虚型儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

A clinical study on treating the lung Qi-deficiency type of cough variant asthma in children with the Huaiqihuang granules

目的:观察槐杞黄颗粒对肺气虚型咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的肺功能、炎性因子的影响及疗效。方法:将100例肺气虚型咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。干预组患儿在对照组患儿常规治疗的基础上给予口服槐杞黄颗粒2个月。所有患儿在治疗前和治疗后(对照组患儿为首诊2个月后)均进行中医证候总积分评分,检测肺功能指标和血、尿炎性因子浓度。结果:经治疗,干预组患儿的中医证候总积分、血清白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)的浓度、IL-4与干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)的比值均显著低于对照组患儿,而各肺功能指标和血清IFN-γ的浓度均显著高于对照组,P<0.01。治疗后两组患儿尿白三烯E-4(Leukotrienes E-4,LTE-4)浓度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较两组患儿的不良反应总发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒治疗肺气虚型儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效满意,并能显著改善患儿的肺功能,抑制炎症反应,维持辅助性T淋巴细胞1(T helper lymphocytes 1,Th1)/辅助性T淋巴细胞2(T helper lymphocytes 2,Th2)比例平衡。

Objective:To observe the effects of the Huaiqihuang granules(槐杞黄颗粒)on lung function and inflammatory factors in children with the lung Qi-defifiency(气虚)type cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Children in the intervention group were given the Huaiqihuang granules orally plus routine treatment for 2 months,and in the control group were given routine treatment merely.Results:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes,serum IL-4 concentration,and IL-4/IFN-γvalue in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while lung function indexes and serum IFN-γconcentration in the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group,all P<0.01.There was no significant difference in urine LTE-4 concentration between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Huaiqihuang granules shows satisfactory therapeutic effect on the lung Qi-deficiency type cough variant asthma in children,not only can significantly improve lung function,but also inhibit inflammatory response and maintain the balance of Th1/Th2 ratio.
