行业精神融入第二课堂育人体系的探索与实践

摘要 针对高职教育领域普遍存在重专业知识传授轻行业精神培育、学生对行业精神认识不足、对行业认同感不强等问题,结合学院实际,以省级骨干专业旅游管理专业人才培养为例,积极探索将“逢山开路遇水架桥”的贵州交通精神融入第二课堂教育中,构建将行业精神融入第二课堂的教学路径和育人模式,促进行业精神与第二课堂深度融合,完善第二课堂育人体系,实现学生专业技能和综合素养同步提升。 In view of the common problems in the field of higher vocational education, such as attaching importance to the teaching of professional knowledge and neglecting the cultivation of industry spirit, the students’ lack of understanding of industry spirit and recognition of industry. Taking the training of provincial tourism management professionals as an example, the college actively explores the integration of Guizhou traffic spirit of“cutting passes through the mountains and building bridges over the rivers”into the second classroom education. Creating a teaching path and education mode that integrates the industry spirit into the second class, so as to promote the deep integration of the industry spirit and the second class, improve the second class education system, and achieve the simultaneous improvement of students’ professional skills and comprehensive quality.
