DTRO处理垃圾渗滤液出水氨氮影响因素及优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过中试及应用实验考察了游离氨对碟管式反渗透(DTRO)处理垃圾渗滤液出水氨氮的影响,分析了温度、pH及溶解气体在DTRO截留氨氮过程中的作用。结果表明,系统中游离氨浓度的高低决定了DTRO对氨氮的截留率;在集装箱式两级DTRO系统中,控制一级进水pH为6.3的条件下,通过二级加酸工艺的实施能够将整机系统出水氨氮由24.5 mg/L降低至6.0 mg/L。 The effect of free ammonia on the effluent ammonia nitrogen of landfill leachate treated by Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis(DTRO)was investigated through pilot scale and application tests,and the effects of temperature,pH and dissolved gas on the interception of ammonia nitrogen by DTRO were analyzed.The results showed that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was determined by the concentration of free ammonia in the system.In the container type two-stage DTRO system,under the condition of controlling the first-stage influent pH 6.3 and through the optimization of the second-stage acid adding process,the ammonia nitrogen produced in the whole system can be reduced from 24.5 mg/L to 6.0 mg/L.
