摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘探究中药复方治疗恶性肿瘤高凝状态的用药规律。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普中文期刊平台收录的有关中药复方治疗恶性肿瘤高凝状态的文献,应用Microsoft Office Excel 2010整理中药复方,纳入数据库。应用IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0软件、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行聚类分析和关联分析。结果:符合纳入与排除标准的文献有62篇,处方62首,药物166味,其中频次≥6次的药物共30味,以当归为首。中药功效分析以补虚药为首位。药性以温性为首,药味以苦味为首,归经以肝经为首。药物关联分析中药对以黄芪-莪术支持度最高,三项药物关联分析以川芎-桃仁、当归的支持度最高。高频药物数据聚类分析得到4组聚类药物组合。结论:中医药治疗恶性肿瘤高凝状态以益气补虚,活血化瘀为主要治法。
Objective:To analyze medication rules of TCM medicine compound in the treatment of hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumor based on data mining.Methods:The literature of treating hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumor with TCM medicine compound was collected through CNKI,Wanfang and VIP.Literatures that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded.TCM medicine herbal compound were organized by Microsoft Office Excel 2010 and incorporated into a database.Cluster analysis and association analysis were performed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results:A total of 62 studies and 62 prescriptions met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,with 166 kinds of medicines,among which there were 30 medicines with frequency≥6 times,and Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)was the first.The tonifying deficiency medicine was the first in the analysis of the effects of TCM medicine.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter,and meridian tropisms were mainly liver meridian.In TCM medicine association analysis,Huangqi(Radix Astragali)-Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae)medicine pair has the highest support.The three TCM medicine association Yule analgsis showed that Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)-Taoren(Semen Persicae)-Danggui has the highest support.The cluster analysis of high-frequency medicine obtained 4 groups of clustered medicinal combinations.Conclusion:TCM medicine compound in the treatment of hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumor follows the treatment method of benefiting Qi(气)and tonifying deficiency,and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.
