温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating knee osteoarthritis by warm acupuncture and moxibustion

目的:对比分析常规西药和温针灸法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果,为膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月收治的122例膝关节骨性关节炎患者入组研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予西药治疗,观察组予温针灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、膝关节功能量表(Lysholm)评分、生活质量36项简明健康状况评价量表(36-item Short Form Health Assessment Scale,SF-36)评分及炎性因子白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:经治疗,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VAS评分均降低,Lysholm、SF-36评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组VAS评分、Lysholm评分、SF-36评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸能够有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疼痛,减轻炎症反应,促进膝关节功能康复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of conventional Western medicine and TCM warm acupuncture and moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide more reference for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 122 cases from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated in Western medicine,and the observation group was treated by TCM warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in the two groups were decreased,and Lysholm score and SF-36 score were increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and those indicators in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the two groups were decreased,and in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM warm acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively ameliorate the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis,reduce inflammatory reaction,promote the rehabilitation of knee function,and improve the quality of life.
