中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症(肾阳虚证)的Meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)所致不孕症(肾阳虚证)的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、CBM和PubMed数据库,查找中药治疗肾阳虚证PCOS不孕症临床疗效观察的随机对照试验。运用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终筛选出文献14篇,共1001例,在改善总有效率、妊娠率、子宫内膜厚度、促黄体生成素、促黄体生成素/促卵泡激素、睾酮、子宫内膜螺旋动脉搏动指数、子宫内膜螺旋动脉阻力指数水平方面,治疗组(中药+促排卵药)优于对照组(促排卵药)(P<0.05),两组在改善促卵泡激素、雌二醇方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:与单纯应用促排卵药对比,中药治疗PCOS不孕症(肾阳虚证)疗效显著,但是中药具体的治疗机制尚未明确,需要进一步探索。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)-induced infertility with kidney-Yang deficiency(肾阳虚证)syndrome.Methods:The CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM and PubMed databases were searched for randomised controlled trials on the clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on PCOS infertility with kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.4 software.Results:Finally,14 studies were screened,with a total of 1001 cases,in improving the total effective rate,pregnancy rate,endometrial thickness,luteinizing hormone,luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone,testosterone,endometrial spiral artery pulsatility index,endometrial spiral artery resistance index levels,the treatment group(took TCM medicine plus ovulation induction drugs)was better than the control group(took ovulation induction drugs),P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple application of ovulation induction drugs,TCM medicine has a significant effect on PCOS infertility(kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome),but the specific treatment mechanism of TCM medicine is not yet clear,and further exploration is needed.
