摘要
医院运营分析具有支持管理决策和提升管理者数字素养两大功能定位,然而现阶段运营分析存在受重视程度不足、难以理解和应用困难的现实问题。基于河南省肿瘤医院的案例研究,本文遵循发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的思路,从运营结果、异动分析和管理建议3个方面对医院运营分析进行优化,并进一步提出医院运营分析框架,以实现运营分析驱动价值创造,助推医院高质量发展。
Hospital operation analysis has two functions:supporting management decision-making and improving managers’digital literacy.However,at this stage,there are practical problems such as insufficient attention,difficulty in understanding,and difficulty in application.Based on the case study of Henan Cancer Hospital,this paper follows the ideas of problem discovery,problem analysis and problem solving,and optimizes the hospital operation analysis from three aspects:operation results,transaction analysis and management suggestions,and further proposes a hospital operation analysis framework.Realize operational analysis to drive value creation and boost the high-quality development of hospitals.
