摘要
公立医院进入高质量发展新阶段,发展方式从规模扩张转向提质增效,运行模式从粗放管理转向精细化管理。浙江省某大型三甲综合医院通过出台运营目标考核体系、提高运营数据反馈时效性、形成运营专题分析常态化等举措在运营管理方面进行探索,取得一定成效。本文介绍了该医院运营管理具体实践与成效,为公立医院加强运营管理提供参考。
Public hospitals have entered a new stage of high-quality development.The development mode has shifted from scale expansion to quality and efficiency improvement,and the operation mode has shifted from extensive management to refined management.A large Grade Ⅲ Level A general hospital in Zhejiang Province explored the operation management by introducing the operation target assessment system,improving the timeliness of operation data feedback,and forming the normalization of operation special analysis,and achieved certain results.This paper introduces the specific practice and effect of the hospital’s operation management,and provides a reference for the public hospital to strengthen the operation management.
