我国儿童专科医院发展现状与对策研究

Research on the development status and countermeasures of children’s hospital in China

目的:分析2015-2019年儿童专科医院的发展现状及存在问题,为“十四五”期间儿科医疗服务体系高质量发展提供决策参考。方法:基于《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》中的相关数据,采用描述性统计方法,纵向比较近5年儿童专科医院在医疗卫生资源配置、经济运行、服务供给以及运转负荷上的变化情况,横向比较儿童专科医院与其他类型医院的差异情况。结果:近5年儿童专科医院资源总量呈逐年增长趋势,经济运行状况得到明显好转,服务数量、服务效率和服务质量等均有明显提升,运行负荷在一定程度上有所缓解,但与其他类型专科医院相比各项指标仍有一定差距。结论:儿童专科医院的发展与实际需求仍有一定的缺口,建议从加大投入、完善制度体系和激励政策、鼓励社会资本进入、完善物价和绩效、降低运转负荷和借助新兴技术等方面入手,推动儿童专科医院高质量发展。

Objective:To analyze the current situation and problems of children’s hospitals in China from 2015 to 2019,and to provide reference for the high-quality development of the Pediatric Medical Service System in China during the period of the 14th five-year plan.Methods:Based on the relevant data in the National Health Statistics Yearbook,a descriptive statistical method was used,the changes in medical and health resource allocation,economic operation,service supply and operation load of children’s special hospitals in China in the past five years were compared vertically,and the differences between children’s hospital and other types of hospital differences were compared horizontally.Results:In the past five years,the total resources of children’s specialized hospitals in our country showed an increasing trend year by year,the economic operation situation was obviously improved,and the quantity,efficiency and quality of services were all obviously improved,the operating load also alleviates to a certain extent,but still has certain disparity compared with other types specialized hospital.Conclusion:There is still a gap between the development of children’s hospitals and the actual demand in China,it is suggested that we should increase investment,improve the system and incentive policies,encourage the entry of social capital,improve prices and performance,focus on reducing operating load,and make use of new and emerging technologies,promoting the high-quality development of children’s hospital.
