我国社会办医发展及其空间分布相关性研究

Study on the correlation between the development and spatial distribution of the establishment of medical institutions by social capital in China

目的:通过研究2011-2020年各省份民营医院数量变化及空间分布,明确社会办医发展现状和特征,为各级卫生行政部门促进社会办医发展提供参考意见。方法:运用全局Moran’s I空间相关性检验、局部G系数热点分析各省份人均民营医院数,研究其空间相关性及冷热点区域。结果:民营医院数量虽逐年递增,但省份之间相差较大;各省份人均民营医院数存在空间正相关性(P<0.05);冷点区域基本为广东,热点区域主要集中在北京、河北、重庆、四川等省份。结论:由于鼓励社会办医政策,社会办医数量及发展规模持续扩大,需加强布局、合理规划;各省份之间空间差异性较大,需因地制宜,注重政策差异化;推进各省份社会办医均衡发展,加强对冷热点区域的重点关注。

Objective:By studying the number of change and spatial distribution of private hospitals in China’s provinces from 2011 to 2020,the present situation and characteristics of the establishment of medical institutions by social capital in China were clarified,and the reference opinions were provided for health administrative departments at all levels to promote the development of the medical institutions by social capital.Methods:The global Moran’s I spatial correlation test and local G coefficient hot spots were used to analyze the number of private hospitals per capita in each province of China,and the spatial correlation and cold hot spots were studied.Results:Although the number of private hospitals in China increased year by year,there was a big difference among provinces.There is a positive spatial correlation between the number of private hospitals per capita in each province(P<0.05);The cold area is basically Guangdong,while the hot areas are mainly concentrated in Beijing,Hebei,Chongqing,Sichuan and other provinces.Conclusion:Because of China’s policy of encouraging social medical services,the number and development scale of medical services in society have continued to expand,so it is necessary to strengthen the layout and rational planning.The spatial differences among provinces are large,so it is necessary to adjust measures to local conditions and pay attention to policy differentiation;Promote the balanced development of the medical institutions by social capital in all provinces,and strengthen the focus on cold and hot areas.
