我国356个市级城市医疗人力资源分布与利用情况研究

Research on the distribution and utilization of medical human resources in 356 municipal-level cities in China

目的:探讨基于地域特性划分的356个城市的医师提供水平的现状,提出各城市所属医师水平等级情况,并与国外城市相关情况进行对比分析。方法:基于地域特性将各市划分为大城市群组、地方城市群组、过疏地域群组,对各群组的10万人口拥有医师提供数量进行等级划分并进行深入解析。结果:整体而言,医师提供水平已和发达国家相当。从地域划分而言,地方城市群组和过疏地域群组的医师提供水平相当,而大城市群组则远远高于其他两个群组。结论:医师总数增长至发达国家水平,但地域性差异和学历结构导致的地域间医疗质量差异问题依旧存在。相较于增加医师总数量,如何更有效率地配置以及提升已有医师队伍质量,将成为当下的重要议题。

Objective:To explore the status quo of the level of physician provision in 356 cities based on regional characteristics,to put forward the level of physicians in each city,and to compare and analyze the situation in foreign cities.Methods:Based on regional characteristics,cities were divided into large city groups,local city groups,and sparse geographical groups,and the number of physicians provided by the population of 100,000 in each group was graded and analyzed in depth.Results:Overall,the level of physician provision was comparable to developed countries.In terms of geographical division,the level of physician provision in the local city group and the sparse geographical group is comparable,while the large city group is much higher than the other two groups.Conclusion:The total number of physicians has increased to the level of developed countries,but the problem of regional differences in medical quality caused by regional differences and educational structure structure still exists.Compared with increasing the total number of doctors,how to more efficiently allocate and improve the quality of the existing team of doctors will become an important issue at present.
