基于数据挖掘中药治疗克罗恩病的用药规律分析

Analyzing the medication rule of TCM medicine in the treatment of Crohn’s disease based on data mining

目的:采用Apriori算法与系统聚类的数据挖掘技术对中药治疗克罗恩病的用药规律进行分析与总结,为临床治疗克罗恩病提供参考。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据资源系统、维普期刊全文数据库中运用中医方剂治疗克罗恩病的文献,建立数据库,使用Excel、SPSS Modeler 18、SPSS Statistics 21等统计分析软件进行频次、聚类和关联规则分析。结果:共纳入有效文献90篇,提取有效处方117首,使用频次排名居前5位的中药是白术、白芍、茯苓、黄连、当归;对高频药物进行分析,以苦、辛、甘味,温、寒性药,归脾、胃经药物居多。按中药功效分类,以补虚药、清热药、利水渗湿药为主。关联规则分析得到20个核心药物组合,聚类分析得到5类组合方剂。结论:中药白术为治疗克罗恩病的核心药物,健脾祛湿、清化湿热、行气调血功效组合为常见的中药组合,为克罗恩病的中药治疗及进一步研究提供了参考。

Objective:The data mining technology based on Apriori algorithm and systematic clustering was used to analyze and summarize the medication rule of TCM prescriptions in the treatment of Crohn’s disease,to provide reference for clinical treatment of Crohn’s disease.Methods:In the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP,the literature on the treatment of Crohn’s disease with TCM prescriptions was retrieved to establish a database,and the frequency,clustering and association rules were analyzed by Excel,SPSS Modeler 18,SPSS 21.0 and other statistical analysis software.Results:In this paper,90 effective studies were included,including 117 effective prescriptions.The top five drugs were Baizhu(Atractylodes),Baishao(Paeonia lactiflora),Fuling(Poria),Huanglian(Coptis),and Danggui(Angelica).The high-frequency drugs were analyzed.The medicinal taste were mainly bitter,acrid and sweet.The medicinal properties were mainly warm and cold.The meridian tropisms were mainly spleen meridian and stomach meridian.TCM medicines were classified according to their efficacy,mainly including nourishing,heat-clearing,damp-removing drugs.A total of 20 core drug combinations were obtained by the association rule analysis,and 5 types of combined prescriptions were obtained by the cluster analysis.Conclusion:Baizhu is the core drug for the treatment of Crohn's disease,and the drug combinations with the functions of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,clearing away dampness and heat,and promoting Qi(气)and regulating blood are common clinically.It provides a reference for the treatment and further research of Crohn's disease.
