针刀治疗痉挛型脑瘫疗效的国内文献Meta分析

A meta-analysis of the efficacy of acupotomology on spastic cerebral palsy in domestic literature

目的:采用Meta分析评价国内针刀治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方医学网、维普信息资源系统、中国生物医学文献数据库和超星期刊数据库,收集近15年来关于针刀治疗痉挛型脑瘫的临床随机对照试验文献。根据文献纳入及排除标准提取资料并利用Jadad评分量表对纳入的研究进行质量评价。采用Review Manager 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献8篇,累计患者618例。Meta分析结果提示,针刀治疗组与对照组相比,总有效率(P<0.00001)、治愈率(P<0.00001)的差异均有统计学意义。结论:针刀治疗痉挛型脑瘫具有良好的临床疗效,但由于受制于纳入文献质量偏低等因素影响,仍需要多中心、大样本、高质量、长期回访的研究加以验证。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupotomology in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy by applying a meta-analysis.Methods:A computer search was conducted on CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,VIP Information Resource System,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Superstar Journal Database,clinical randomized controlled trials of acupotomology in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in the past 15 years were collected.Data was extracted according to the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria;and the quality of the included studies was evaluated by the Jadad score scale.Review Manager 5.2 software was used for a meta-analysis.Result:A total of 8 studies involving 618 cases were included.The results of the meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences between the acupotomology intervention group and the control group in total effective rate(P<0.00001)and cure rate(P<0.00001).Conclusion:Acupotomology is effective in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy.However,due to the influences of the low quality of the included literature and so on,more multi-center,large-sample,high-quality,and long-term follow-up studies are still needed to verify the conclusion.
