基于运气理论治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕(高血压病)临床疗效研究

Clinical study on treating endogenous vertigo with syndrome of upward disturbance of hyperactive liver Yang(hypertension)based on the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory

目的:依据课题组提出的“平肝潜阳、培土息风”理论,探讨运气理论指导下的天麻钩藤饮疗效,为运气理论结合中医药治疗高血压病提供理论依据。方法:将高血压病患者130例根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各65例。对照组服用天麻钩藤颗粒,治疗组给予运气理论指导下的天麻钩藤颗粒加白术厚朴汤治疗。治疗4周后观察两组患者降压疗效、血压水平、证候积分及安全性指标的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后降压疗效、血压水平、证候积分均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:己亥年运用运气理论辨证论治肝阳上亢型眩晕(高血压)可有效改善高血压病患者的临床证候积分、血压水平,临床疗效确切,安全无不良反应,可作为临床上高血压病的有效治疗方法,适合临床推广。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin(天麻钩藤饮)on hypertension based on the“suppressing hyperactive liver and subsiding Yang(平肝潜阳),enriching earth for calming endogenous wind(培土息风)”theory,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of hypertension with the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory combined with Chinese materia medica.Methods:A total of 130 cases were selected and randomly controlled.Sixty-five cases in the control group were treated with Tianma Gouteng granules,and other 65 cases in the treatment group were given the Tianma Gouteng granules plus the Baizhu Houpo decoction(白术厚朴汤)based on the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory.Results:After treatment,the antihypertensive efficacy,blood pressure level,and syndrome scores in the two groups were ameliorated,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCm syndrome differentiation and treatment of hypertension with syndrome of upward disturbance of hyperactive liver Yang shows a good effect in the year of Ji Hai(己亥年),it can effectively ameliorate the clinical syndrome scores and blood pressure levels,no adverse reaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
