通窍醒脑针法治疗急性脑梗死疗效及对认知运动功能的影响

The efficacy of acupuncture for opening aperture and regaining consciousnes on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on cognitive motor function

目的:探讨通窍醒脑针法治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对认知运动功能的影响。方法:本次研究纳入2018年1月-2019年12月收治的急性脑梗死患者110例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例;其中对照组给予单纯溶栓治疗,观察组则在此基础上加用通窍醒脑针法辅助治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损量表(China Stroke Scale,CSS)评分、洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表(Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment,LOTCA)评分、格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS)评分及上下肢肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CSS评分、LOTCA评分及GCS评分均优于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后上下肢肢体FMA评分均高于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:通窍醒脑针法治疗急性脑梗死可有效改善症状体征,保护神经功能,并有助于加快认知和运动功能康复的进程。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture for opening aperture and regaining consciousnes on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on cognitive motor function.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 110 cases were divided into 2 groups,with 55 cases in each.The control group was given thrombolytic therapy,and the observation group was given acupuncture for opening aperture and regaining consciousnes more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the CSS score,LOTCA score,and GCS score in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05);the FMA scores of the upper and lower extremities in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for opening aperture and regaining consciousnes on acute cerebral infarction can effectively ameliorate symptoms and signs,protect neurological function,and promote the recovery of cognitive and motor function.
