加减桑杏汤治疗咳嗽(痰热互结型)50例疗效观察

Curative effect observation on treating 50 cases of cough with phlegm-heat interaction type with the Sangxing decoction

目的:观察加减桑杏汤复方制剂治疗咳嗽(痰热互结型)的疗效。方法:本研究通过加减桑杏汤来治疗治疗组50例咳嗽患者,跟用西医的解痉平喘的办法来治疗50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病或咽炎、支气管炎等疾病导致的对照组咳嗽患者在临床医疗上做对照观察。结果:治疗组的总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用加减桑杏汤治疗咳嗽的疗效是非常显著的。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Sangxing decoction(桑杏汤)on cough(the phlegm-heat interaction type).Methods:A total of 50 cases in the treatment group were treated with the Sangxing decoction,and the other 50 patients with cough due to diseases such as COPD,pharyngitis or bronchitis in the control group were treated by antispasmodic and phlegm-relieving method for control observation.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the Sangxing decoction on cough is very obvious.
