苇茎汤加减合耳尖刺血治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating acute suppurative tonsillitis in children with the Weijing decoction plus ear-apex bloodletting

目的:观察苇茎汤加减合耳尖刺血治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2019年3月-2020年2月佛山市中医院小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿120例,依据治疗方法分为两组各60例,对照组接受常规性西医治疗,观察组在常规性西医治疗基础上予苇茎汤加减合耳尖刺血治疗,然后统计分析两组患儿的中医证候积分、血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)水平、临床疗效、体征恢复正常时间。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患儿治疗后的中医证候积分、血清CRP水平降低幅度显著较高(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患儿的体温、扁桃体脓苔/脓点、血白细胞总数恢复正常时间均显著较短(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎在常规西医治疗基础上予苇茎汤加减合耳尖刺血治疗的临床效果较好,更能有效改善患儿的临床症状,提升临床疗效,缩短患儿体征恢复正常的时间,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Weijing decoction(苇茎汤)plus ear-apex bloodletting on acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods:A total of 120 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated in conventional Western medicine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the Weijing decoction plus ear-apex bloodletting on the basis of conventional Western medicine,then the TCM syndrome scores,serum CRP levels,clinical efficacy and normal time of physical signs in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom score,serum CRP level in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recovery time of body temperature,tonsil purulent coating or purulent point and total white blood cell count in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the Weijing decoction plus ear-apex bloodletting on acute suppurative tonsillitis in children is good,it can more effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms of children,improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the time of children’s signs to return to normal,and is worthy of clinical application.
