乌杞益白胶囊联合308 nm准分子光对稳定期白癜风患者免疫球蛋白和补体C3、C4影响的研究

Effects of the Wuqi Yibai capsules plus 308 nm excimer light on immunoglobulin and complement C3 and C4 in patients with stable vitiligo

目的:观察308 nm准分子光联合乌杞益白胶囊治疗稳定期白癜风对患者免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)和补体C3、C4的影响。方法:选取宁夏中医医院暨中医研究院2018年3月-2019年5月收治的140例白癜风患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各70例,对照组患者单纯采用308 nm准分子光治疗,每周治疗1次,12周为一个疗程;观察组在此基础上再口服乌杞益白胶囊,每次5粒,每天3次。比较两组治疗前、治疗后第12周有效率及免疫球蛋白和补体的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为70.00%(49/70),对照组总有效率为37.14%(26/70),两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组补体C3、IgA、IgG与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组补体C4、IgM与对照组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗前后临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:308 nm准分子光联合乌杞益白胶囊治疗稳定期白癜风临床疗效显著,且可明显提高IgA、IgG及补体C3水平,在改善患者症状体征方面效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effects of 308 nm excimer light plus the Wuqi Yibai capsules(乌杞益白胶囊)on immunoglobulin and complement C3 and C4 in patients with stable vitiligo.Methods:A total of 140 patients with vitiligo admitted to Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 70 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were simply treated with 308 nm excimer light once a week for a course of treatment of 12 weeks.The observation group received oral administration of the Wuqi Yibai capsules more.The effective rate,immunoglobulin and complement changes were compared between the two groups before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 70.00%(49/70),the effective rate in the control group was 37.14%(26/70),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The comparison of complement C3,IgA and IgG between the observation group and the control group after treatment showed statistical significance differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in supplementation C4 and IgM after treatment(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy in the observation group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of 308 nm excimer laser and the Wuqi Yibai capsules has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of stable vitiligo,and it significantly improves the immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and complement C3 levels,and has a significant effect in relieving the symptoms and signs of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
