经方“柴胡桂枝汤”穴位贴敷治疗艾滋病发热的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Application of the Classic Prescription"Chaihu Guizhi Decoction"in the Treatment of AIDS Fever

目的研究分析经方“柴胡桂枝汤”穴位贴敷治疗艾滋病发热的临床疗效。方法方便选择百色市人民医院2019年7月—2021年7月收治的180例艾滋病发热患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组90例.对照组采取一般治疗同时口服布洛芬片,研究组予一般治疗同时使用柴胡桂枝汤穴位贴敷治疗,对比两组出汗及退热起效时间、体温变化、退热、复发、不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗前、治疗6 h时体温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗12、24、48、72 h研究组体温低于对照组,研究组开始出汗时间、退热起效时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组≤48 h退热率为33.33%、>48 h退热率为66.66%,对比对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组复发率为3.33%低于对照组16.67%,研究组不良反应为3.33%,低于对照组14.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.888、6.859,P<0.05)。结论对于艾滋病发热患者可采取“柴胡桂枝汤”穴位贴敷治疗,能够有效降低患者体温,并快速出汗降温,复发率较低,且不良反应较少,值得推广应用。

Objective To research and analysis the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of the classic prescription"Chaihu Guizhi Decoction"in the treatment of AIDS fever.Methods 180 cases of AIDS fever patients admitted to the Baise people´s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in each group.The control group received general treatment while taking Ibuprofen Tablets at the same time.The study group was given general treatment while the treatment of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction was applied.The incidence of sweating and antipyretic onset,body temperature,fever,recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups before and 6 h after treatment(P>0.05).The body temperature of the study group was lower than the control group at 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after treatment,and the onset time of sweating and antipyretic effect in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic rate in the study group was 33.33%in≤48 hours and 66.66%in>48 hours.There was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was 3.33%,lower than 16.67%in the control group,and the adverse reaction in the study group was 3.33%,lower than 14.44%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.888,6.859,P<0.05).Conclusion"Chaihu Guizhi Decoction"acupoint sticking therapy can be used for AIDS patients with fever,which can effectively reduce the patient´s body temperature,sweat quickly to cool down,the recurrence rate is low,and the adverse reactions are less,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
