输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Patients with Ureteral Calculi

目的研究输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(URL)治疗的效果。方法随机选取南京市高淳中医院2019年10月—2021年10月收治的60例输尿管结石患者,“硬币分组法”分为参照组(体外冲击波碎石术,n=30)、科研组(URL术,n=30),比较两组疗效。结果术前,两组生活质量、临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后与参照组比较,科研组健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分更高,尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)更低,血清丙二醛(MDA)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);科研组并发症率(6.67%)低于参照组(26.67%),科研组结石清除率(96.67%)高于参照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320、4.043,P<0.05)。结论URL治疗输尿管结石可改善生活质量,提高结石清除率,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy(URL)in patients with ureteral calculi.Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to Nanjing Gaochun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021.The"coin grouping method"was divided into the reference group(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,n=30)and the research group(URL surgery,n=30),compared the curative effect between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life and clinical indexes between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,compared with the reference group,the score of SF-36 in the scientific research group was higher,the urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(SCR),superoxide dismutase(SOD)were lower,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the research group(6.67%)was lower than that of the reference group(26.67%),and the stone clearance rate of the research group(96.67%)was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion URL treatment of ureteral calculi can improve the quality of life and increase the stone clearance rate,which is worthy of admiration.
