延续性精准护理对冠脉造影支架植入术后患者知信行的影响

Influence of Continuous Precision Nursing on Knowledge,Belief and Behavior of Patients after Coronary Angiography Stent Implantation

目的研究延续性精准护理对冠脉造影支架植入术后患者知信行的影响,为冠心病患者术后护理提供帮助。方法随机选取2020年7月—2021年7月期间重庆市东南医院收治的100例行冠脉造影支架植入术治疗的患者,按照随机数表法分组,对照组(n=50)采用常规护理,观察组(n=50)采用延续性精准护理。比较两组术后1、3、6个月的知信行知识知晓度;护理前后的自护能力评分;护理前后的健康行为评分(躯体活动、压力应对、人际关系、心理健康);护理前后的心功能(LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD);并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的术后1、3、6个月的知信行知识知晓度分别为80.0%、90.0%、98.0%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762、6.250、9.470,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组治疗指标均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠脉造影支架植入术后应用延续性精准护理,可以改善患者的自护能力、健康行为以及心功能,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of continuous precision nursing on the knowledge,belief and behavior of patients after coronary angiography stent implantation,and to provide help for postoperative nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Randomly selected 100 patients who underwent coronary angiography stent implantation in Chongqing Southeast Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021,and were divided into groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=50)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=50)received continuous precision nursing.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of their awareness of knowledge,beliefs and actions at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery;self-care ability scores before and after nursing;health behavior scores(physical activity,stress coping,interpersonal relationships,and mental health)before and after nursing;cardiac function(LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD)before and after nursing;complication rates.Results The awareness of knowledge,belief and practice in the observation group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were 80.0%,90.0%and 98.0%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.762,6.250,9.470,P<0.05).After nursing,the treatment indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous precision nursing after coronary angiography stent implantation can improve patients´self-care ability,healthy behavior and cardiac function,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
