优质护理干预对乳腺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Cancer-related Fatigue in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的探讨优质护理干预对乳腺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响。方法于2020年9月—2021年9月随机选取莆田市第五医院收治的60例乳腺癌化疗患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组30例(常规护理)与研究组30例(对照组基础上优质护理),比较两组负面情绪、癌因性疲乏、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理前两组HAMA评分及HAMD评分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组HAMA评分(10.92±2.71)分及HAMD评分(9.42±2.93)分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.321、4.399,P<0.05)。研究组癌因性疲乏总发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.500,P<0.05)。护理前两组各项生活质量评分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组躯体功能(70.3±3.3)分、情绪功能(78.9±3.6)分、角色功能(78.4±3.2)分、社会功能(76.4±2.3)分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.947、3.925、8.635、8.442,P<0.05)。研究组对护理服务总满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.067,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌化疗患者应用优质护理后负面情绪、癌因性疲乏、生活质量均得到显著改善,且其十分认可该护理模式。

Objective To explore the impact of quality nursing interventions on cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy in the Fifth Hospital of Putian City from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly selected and randomly divideded into 30 cases in the control group(routine nursing)and 30 cases in the research group(the control group based on high-quality nursing).Comparison of negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue,quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in HAMA score and HAMD score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA score(10.92±2.71)points and HAMD score(9.42±2.93)points of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.321,4.399,P<0.05).The 10.00%incidence of cancer-related fatigue in the study group was significantly lower than the 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=22.500,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function(70.3±3.3)points,emotional function(78.9±3.6)points,role function(78.4±3.2)points and social function(76.4±2.3)points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.947,3.925,8.635,8.442,P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing service in the study group 100.00%was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.067,P<0.05).Conclusion The negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy were significantly improved after high-quality nursing care,and they fully recognized this nursing model.
