督脉灸对强直性脊柱炎患者生活质量影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Moxibustion on the Governor Vessel on the Quality of Life of Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的研究开展督脉灸,把其应用到强直性脊柱炎患者中,对其视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗疗效、强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)、强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(BASDAI)的作用、效果。方法2020年3—12月,选取于福建省泉州市正骨医院接收并对其进行治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者,共80例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组40例实行常规治疗,观察组40例在对照组的基础上增加督脉灸,根据实验结果进一步研究探讨。结果①治疗后,观察组的BASFI、BASDAI相较于对照组对比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗后,观察组的VAS评分(2.314±0.527)分相较于对照组VAS评分(6.921±1.389)分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.613,P<0.05)。③治疗后,观察组的治疗疗效相较于对照组对比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对强直性脊柱炎患者进行治疗期间,应用督脉灸,能够改善患者BASFI、BASDAI,并提升治疗疗效,降低VAS评分,能够给临床中强直性脊柱炎方面的治疗给予更多的参照,可应用与推广。

Objective To study the moxibustion on the Governor Vessel and apply it to the patients with ankylosing spondylitis.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,therapeutic efficacy,ankylosing spondylitis functional index(BASFI)and ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI)role and effect.Methods From March to December 2020,a total of 80 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who were received and treated in Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital of Fujian Province were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,40 patients in the control group were treated with Routine treatment,40cases in the observation group were added with moxibustion on the Governor Vessel on the basis of the control group,and further research was conducted according to the experimental results.Results 1.After treatment,the BASFI and BASDAI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group(2.314±0.527)points was lower than that of the control group(6.921±1.389)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.613,P<0.05).3.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,the application of moxibustion on the Governor Vessel can improve the BASFI and BASDAI of the patients,improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce the VAS score.It can give more reference to the clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,which can be applied and promoted.
