皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤生物免疫治疗新进展

Recent advances in biological immunotherapy for cutaneous T cell lymphoma

皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤是一组具有明显异质性的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,其临床行为和预后与其病理特征类似的结内淋巴瘤完全不同,因此治疗上也有其独特性,目前临床上主要的治疗方案包括皮肤局部治疗、全身化疗、生物免疫治疗及造血干细胞移植等。随着分子机制的深入研究,单克隆抗体、检查点阻断剂等开启了皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤治疗的新时代。本文主要综述了近期皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤生物免疫治疗方面的新进展,以期为其治疗提供新思路。

Cutaneous T cell lymphoma is a group of distinctly heterogeneous non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Its clinical behavior and prognosis are completely different from intranodal lymphoma with similar pathological characteristics, resulting in unique treatment. At present, the main therapies include skin local therapy, systemic chemotherapy, biological immunotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. With the in-depth study of the molecular mechanism, monoclonal antibodies and checkpoint blocking have held a new era in the treatment of cutaneous T cell lymphomas. This review mainly summarizes the related progress of biological immunotherapies for cutaneous T cell lymphomas and provides a reference for the treatment.
