中医儿科学研究生课程中多种教学模式转换的应用

The Application of Conversion of Multiple Teaching Modes in Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduate Courses

目的多种教学模式转换的教学方法应用于中医儿科学研究生的教学,以提高研究生的临床思维与临床实践能力。方法将2015级—2017级研究生50名,随机分为观察组25名,对照组25名。对照组学生采用传统教学模式,观察组采用多种教学模式相互转换(案例教学法、分组讨论法、情境模式教学法、模拟标准化病人教学模式、临床跟诊,经典医籍的,诊后总结分析等)。比较2组学生考核成绩。结果观察组考核成绩,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);满意多种化教学方法的学生高于50%。结论多种教学模式转换能提高研究生教学质量。

Objective Through the application of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine in graduate students teaching,to improve the clinical thinking and clinical practice ability of graduate students.Methods 50 graduate students from Grade 2015 to Grade 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25).The control group students used traditional teaching mode.In the observation group,various teaching modes were used to change each other,including case-based teaching method,group discussion,situation model teaching,simulated standardized patient teaching,clinical follow-up,discussion of classic medical books,post-diagnosis summary and analysis,etc.Results The score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).More than 50%of the students were satisfied with multiple teaching methods.Conclusion The transformation of various teaching modes could improve the teaching quality of postgraduates.
