升清降浊八味汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Shengqing Jiangzhuo Bawei Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的观察升清降浊八味汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年10月—2021年10月江西省婺源县妇幼保健院收治的96例慢性盆腔炎患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组(48例)采用宫炎平胶囊治疗,治疗组(48例)采用升清降浊八味汤治疗,对比2组的中医证候积分、盆腔体征评分、疗效和不良反应分级。结果治疗前,2组主症积分、次症积分、盆腔体征积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组主症积分、次症积分、盆腔体征积分均较对照组低,且治疗总有效率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组各级不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎采用升清降浊八味汤治疗可有效减轻症状,改善体征,且安全性良好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Bawei decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Using random number table method,96 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wuyuan from October 2020 to October 2021 were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group(n=48)was treated with Gongyanping capsules.The treatment group(n=48)was treated with Shengqing Jiangzhuo Bawei decoction.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,pelvic sign scores,curative effects,and adverse reaction grading were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of primary symptoms,secondary symptoms,and pelvic signs between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary symptoms,secondary symptoms,and pelvic signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate is higher,and the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of cases of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Shengqing Jiangzhuo Bawei decoction can effectively relieve symptoms and improve physical signs.It is safe,and is worthy of promotion.
