会阴冷敷垫联合四黄散治疗产后会阴水肿疼痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Perineum Cold Compress Pad Combined with Sihuang Powder in the Treatment of Postpartum Perineal Edema and Pain

目的探析会阴冷敷垫联合四黄散干预对产后会阴水肿、疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法选取江西省万安县人民医院2018年1月—2020年1月于产科经会阴侧切术分娩的60例产妇作为研究对象,依会阴部不同处理方案分为试验组和对照组,对照组于产后采取常规处理方案,试验组于产后采取会阴冷敷垫联合四黄散的处理方案。观察对比2组产妇产后12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h会阴水肿情况、疼痛情况以及生活质量。结果试验组干预后12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h会阴水肿情况评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组干预后12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h会阴疼痛情况评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组心理评估、运动评估、社交功能评估分数及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论会阴冷敷垫联合四黄散干预应用于临床后可明显改善产后会阴水肿、疼痛程度且显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of perineum cold compress pad combined with Sihuang powder intervention on the degree of postpartum perineal edema,pain and quality of life.Methods Sixty parturients who gave birth by lateral perineal resection in Wan’an County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment schemes of the perineum,they were divided into an experimental group and a control group.The subjects of the control group took routine postpartum for the treatment plan,the subjects of the experimental group took the perineum cold compress pad combined with Sihuang powder treatment plan after delivery.Perineal edema,pain and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups at 12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after delivery.Results The scores of perineal edema at 12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after intervention in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of perineal pain at 12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after intervention in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of psychological assessment,motor assessment and social function assessment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perineum cold compress pad combined with Sihuang powder intervention in clinical application can significantly improve the degree of postpartum perineal edema and pain and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
