济生肾气丸联合高压氧治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jisheng Shenqi Pill Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨济生肾气丸联合高压氧对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效的影响。方法参照入选指标,将最终入组的60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用济生肾气丸联合高压氧治疗。观察并比较2组患者肾功能指标及临床疗效。结果2组患者经过治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及尿微量白蛋白(mALB)水平均降低,治疗组各项肾功能指标水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为76.67%(23/30),治疗组为93.33%(28/30),治疗组疗效更加显著(P<0.05)。结论济生肾气丸联合高压氧治疗可温补肾阳、滋补肾阴、利水消肿,延缓肾小球微循环的改变,使肾功能得到改善,对糖尿病肾病患者临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jisheng Shenqi pill combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the clinical efficacy of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine and the treatment group was given Jisheng Shenqi pill combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on this basis.The indexes of renal function and clinical effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of SCR,BUN,UAER and MALB in 2 groups were decreased,and the decrease of renal function indexes in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 76.67%(23/30)in the control group and 93.33%(28/30)in the treatment group,and the curative effect in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jisheng Shenqi pill combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can warm and nourish kidney-yang,nourish kidney-yin,improve water and reduce swelling,delay the change of glomerular microcirculation,improve renal function,and have significant clinical effect on diabetic nephropathy,worthy of clinical application.
