四黄敷联合竹圈灸治疗盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sihuang Compress Combined with Bamboo Ring Moxibustion in Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨四黄敷联合竹圈灸治疗盆腔炎的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月在江西省分宜县中医院妇产科住院的80例盆腔炎患者,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规的西药进行治疗,如抗生素;观察组在采用常规西药治疗的基础上加用中医外治疗法,选用四黄敷联合竹圈灸治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果及患者满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%(39/40),对照组治疗总有效率为82.5%(33/40),观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为97.5%(39/40);对照组患者满意度为85.0%(34/40),观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四黄敷联合竹圈灸治疗盆腔炎效果显著,相比于西医疗法,中医外治法具有更高的安全性,且对患者身体的伤害较小,临床效果较好,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Sihuang compress combined with bamboo ring moxibustion in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,such as antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,four yellow compress combined with bamboo circle moxibustion treatment.The therapeutic effect and patients’satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%(39/40),and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.5%(33/40).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.5%(39/40).The satisfaction of patients in the control group was 85.0%(34/40),and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sihuang compress combined with bamboo ring moxibustion in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease has a significant effect.Compared with western medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has higher safety,less harm to the patient’s body,good clinical effect,and has certain clinical application value.
