小儿肺炎喘嗽痰喘散穴位敷贴与中医特色护理临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tanchuan Powder Acupoint Application Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Pneumonia Children with Dyspnea and Cough

目的探究痰喘散穴位敷贴联合中医特色护理治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的效果。方法将2018年1月—2021年5月河源市妇幼保健院收治的114例小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿纳入研究,随机分为参照组和试验组,每组57例。2组均给予痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗,参照组予常规护理;试验组在参照组的基础上予中医特色护理,比较2组的症状消失时间及护理前(就诊时)、后(护理后6 d)的中医症状评分及生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果护理后,试验组发热、咳嗽咳痰、肺部啰音消失时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中医症状评分低于护理前,且低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组SF-36评分高于护理前,且高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰喘散穴位敷贴联合中医特色护理能够改善患儿的症状,提升其生活质量,效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of Tanchuan powder acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing in pneumonia children with dyspnea and cough.Methods 114 pneumonia children with dyspnea and cough treated from January 2018 to May2021 in Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 57 cases in each group.The two groups were given Tanchuan powder acupoint application treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given TCM characteristic nursing on the basis of the control group.The symptom disappearance time,TCM symptom score and quality of life(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups before(upon admission)and after(6 days after nursing).Results The disappearance time of fever,cough and sputum,lung rales in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that before nursing and lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of experimental group was higher than that before nursing and higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM characteristic nursing in pneumonia children with dyspnea and cough can improve the children’s clinical symptoms and life quality,and has significant effect.
