Exploration of“Internet Plus-based”Three-Level Prevention and Treatment Mode on Alzheimer's Disease Agitation Behavior and the Outcome of Injury Events

随着世界人口老龄化的迅速发展,阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)已成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。本文概述AD的临床表现、激越行为的发病机制和危险因素、以及激越行为与伤害转归之间的联系,归纳AD患者激越行为及伤害事件产生的原因,进一步探讨基于“互联网+”的不同阶段患者的三级防治模式,为建立以“互联网+”为依托,适合中国国情的AD患者激越行为的预防和照护模式提供参考依据。

With the rapid development of the aging in the world,Alzheimer’s disease(AD)has become an important public health problem.This article summarizes the clinical manifestations of AD,the pathogenesis and risk factors of agitation behavior,as well as the relationship between agitation behavior and injury,thereby summarizing the causes of agitation behavior and injury events in AD patients,and further discusses the three-level prevention and treatment of patients at different stages based on"Internet plus",The prevention and care model of agitation behavior of AD patients suitable for China’s national cond itions provides reference.
