摘要
目的培养高素质的药品质量管理专业人才。方法改革《药品质量评价与控制》课程的传统教学模式,优化以实践为主体的课程结构,构建以微课为引导的信息化教学体系,尝试将思政元素有机融入课程教学,并采用多元化考核模式对学生进行全面考评。结果调动了学生的主观能动性,显著提高了该课程的整体教学质量。结论该课程的改革与实践为优质药品管理人才的培养奠定了良好的基础。
Objective mode of the course of Drug Quality Evaluation and Control was reformed,the structure of course with the practice as the main body was optimized,the information-based teaching system guided by the microlecture was constructed,the ideological and political elements were organically integrated into the course teaching,and the pluralistic assessment mode was adopted to conduct a comprehensive evaluation for students.Results quality of the course was significantly improved.ConclusionThe reform and practice of this course lays a good foundation for the cultivation of high-quality drug management talents.
