摘要
考虑概率不确定语言术语集的优势,文章提出了概率不确定语言VIKOR方法,并将其用于绿色供应链供应商选择问题中。首先,各个专家在每个属性上对各个方案进行评价,并提供相应的不确定语言评价信息,进而集结各个专家的评价信息得到概率不确定语言决策矩阵。并拓展VIKOR方法到概率不确定语言环境中,通过最小化群体效用值和个体遗憾值,构建多目标规划模型,并将其转化为线性规划模型确定属性的权重,进而计算方案的折衷值对方案进行排序。为此,文章提出了概率不确定语言VIKOR方法。最后,使用绿色供应链供应商选择问题说明本文提出的方法的有效性。
Considering the advantages of probabilistic uncertain linguistic term set,this paper proposes a probabilistic uncertain linguistic VIKOR method and applies it to the supplier selection problem of green supply chain.Firstly,each expert evaluates the alternatives on each attribute by the uncertain linguistic evaluation information.Aggregating the evaluation information of experts,a probabilistic uncertain linguistic decision matrix is formed.Then the VIKOR method is extended to the probabilistic uncertain linguistic environment.By minimizing the group benefit values and the individual regret values,a multi-objective programming model is constructed and transformed into a linear programming model to obtain the weights of the attributes.Then the compromise values of alternatives are calculated to rank alternatives.Thus,a probabilistic uncertain linguistic VIKOR method is proposed.Finally,the supplier selection of green supply chain is implemented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
